This is a workshop for you if:
- You feel overwhelmed by the pace of life
- You are constantly feeling stressed, overworked
- You feel weighed down by your responsiblities and never ending "to do" list
- You feel stuck (work, relationships, money, health)
- You feel like you are in a swamp and whichever way you move it just drags you down deeper
- You would like to change direction in life, bring in some new energy but you are so used to the way things are that you don’t know where to begin
- You need a gentle nudge to make the necessary changes in your life
By the end of this workshop, you will have come to a place of greater self understanding and balance between the need to move and to take time to be still and you can continue to explore and develop on your own or with a group of friends

You will be introduced to both techniques of Mindfulness SoulCollage®
You will learn how Mindfulness and SoulCollage® can add value and meaning to your life and help you to discover ways to become more balanced.
Sunday, 2 October
10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Full day retreat with Mindfulness and SoulCollage®
Mindfulness practices throughout the day will take you to a place of stillness, a welcome respite from the rush of everyday life and teach you the tools to come back to the place of Mindfulness in both stillness and movement with balance as you go ahead into your usual daily routines.
Through the creative and fun process of SoulCollage® you will then learn to move towards finding the unbalanced, overworked and stuck parts within, gently bringing them up into the light of your awareness to be heard, healed and integrated back into your personality into a more balanced and loving way.
